Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about OnePagePrompt
Billing
If a recurring payment fails, your account is marked past-due and you will receive an email notification. You retain full access during a 5-day grace period. If the payment issue is not resolved within that window, your account is suspended. You can update your billing details from your profile page, and access is restored as soon as a payment succeeds.
You can cancel at any time from your profile or billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep all plan features until then. No partial-month refunds are issued for cancellations mid-cycle.
General
OnePagePrompt is an AI-powered website builder that creates a complete, hosted one-page website from a plain-English description. You describe what you want, optionally upload a few images, and the AI generates a polished, publish-ready page in under two minutes — no coding or design skills needed.
Yes. Type a description of your page into the box on the homepage and click Build my page free — no signup or card needed. Your generated page is viewable for 24 hours at its own link, but publishing it or keeping it long-term requires creating a free account first.
Sign up for a free account, click New Project, enter a title, and describe the page you want in plain English. You can also upload images (up to 6) before generating — or let the AI create a hero image for you automatically. Click Generate and your page will be ready to preview, edit, and publish in under two minutes.
Yes — browse real, live pages the AI generated at /examples, organized by trade and use case. Each example shows the exact prompt that produced it, so you can see what kind of description gets what kind of result before you try your own.
Yes. You can register and log in using your Google account — just click "Continue with Google" on the login page. If you already registered with an email and password and later sign in with Google using the same email address, you will access the same account.
Yes. You can choose monthly or annual billing when you subscribe. Annual billing is discounted — Launch is $49/yr (vs $108/yr billed monthly) and Agency is $390/yr (vs $468/yr billed monthly). You can select your preferred billing cycle on the pricing page before checking out.
Yes. If you have an affiliate or promotional coupon code, enter it in the coupon field on the pricing page (visible when you are logged in) before clicking Subscribe. The discount is applied at checkout. Coupon codes are single-use — each code can only be applied once per customer.
After you write a prompt describing your page and optionally upload images, our AI reads your description and generates a structured page spec — including layout, sections, headlines, and body copy. The result is schema-validated before being rendered, so you always get a clean, well-formed page rather than raw AI output.
Page generation typically completes in under two minutes. After clicking Generate, the AI processes your prompt, writes structured copy for each section, and validates the result before displaying the preview. If the first attempt does not succeed, the system automatically retries so you rarely need to manually try again.
Yes. When you create a new project, the "Create images for me" option is turned on by default. This generates at least a hero image based on your page content — no photo uploads needed to get started. If you prefer to supply your own images, switch the toggle to manual before creating the project and upload images by role (hero, about, or gallery). You can also add or swap images from the project page at any time.
Yes. Free accounts get 3 AI generations total, Launch accounts get 20 per month, and Agency accounts get 100 per month. Structured edits you make directly on the project page (headlines, text, colors, toggles) do not count against this limit — only AI generations from your prompt do.
Every generated page includes a hero, an about section, feature highlights, and a call-to-action. The AI will also add testimonials and an FAQ section if your prompt provides enough real content to support them. A gallery section appears automatically as soon as you upload at least one gallery image, and updates instantly if you add or remove gallery images later — no need to regenerate. All sections use fixed layouts, but all copy, headings, and themes are generated specifically from your prompt.
Yes. You can edit your prompt at any time and click Generate again. Each generation creates a new version of your page spec, and the latest version is always what visitors see. Previous versions are saved but cannot be restored through the UI — so if you want to keep a version, share its URL before regenerating.
You can upload up to 6 images per project (PNG, JPG, JPEG, or WebP). The AI places your images intelligently — hero, about, gallery sections — based on your prompt. You can swap or remove images at any time and then regenerate.
Yes. From the project detail page you can directly edit your hero headline/subheadline/CTA, about text, feature items, testimonials, FAQ items, section on/off toggles, and page colors — changes save immediately without regenerating. If you would rather have the AI rewrite things for you, refine your prompt and click Generate, but note that regenerating creates a brand-new page spec and replaces any structured edits made since your last generation.
Yes — clicking Generate creates a completely new page spec from your current prompt, replacing any inline edits you made to text, colors, section toggles, or CTA links. If you want to keep your customizations, avoid regenerating after you have made significant changes. Instead, refine your prompt to get the result you want before editing.
Not quite — you need to click Publish first. Once you have generated a page spec and clicked Publish, your page becomes live at its public URL (onepageprompt.com/p/…) and is viewable by anyone without a login. Pages that have been generated but not published are only visible to you in preview.
After clicking Publish, you are taken to a share screen that shows your public page URL. From there you can copy the link, view your live page, and see next steps — like removing the watermark or connecting a custom domain by upgrading to Launch or Agency.
Yes. Whenever someone submits your page's contact form, their name, email, and message are collected as a lead. On the Launch and Agency plans you can view every inquiry anytime from your project's Leads page and optionally get an email notification the moment a new one comes in. On the Free plan, leads are still collected but stay locked until you upgrade (any leads received before August 15, 2026 remain visible).
Leads are always captured on every plan, but reading them in your Leads inbox is a Launch and Agency feature. On the Free plan, new inquiries are collected but stay locked until you upgrade — any leads you received before August 15, 2026 remain visible so you don't lose access to something you already had.
Yes — no coding at all. You describe your page in plain English, and the AI writes the copy, designs the layout, and publishes a working page. There is nothing to install and no code editor anywhere in the process.
Yes. OnePagePrompt runs in your phone's browser — type your description, tap generate, and your page is built and hosted for you. No app to install.
No. Every page is hosted by OnePagePrompt automatically, including on the free plan. You never set up hosting, servers, or SSL certificates.
No. Your published page gets a OnePagePrompt web address for free. If you want your own domain, the Launch plan ($9/month or $49/year) lets you connect one.
Yes. Every generated page is responsive, so it adapts automatically to phones, tablets, and desktops.
Yes. All published pages are served over https automatically — there is nothing to configure and no extra cost.
Published pages are plain, fast HTML that search engines can read and index. Ranking depends on your content and competition, but there is nothing in OnePagePrompt blocking Google from finding your page.
Yes — one-page sites with a single call to action and a working inquiry form are well suited to Facebook and Google ad campaigns. Describe the offer and audience in your prompt and the AI builds the page around it.
Yes. Many people describe an idea, generate a page in about 30 seconds, and share it to gauge interest — you can even build the first page without creating an account. The free plan is enough to put one real page in front of people.
Carrd is an excellent manual builder — you assemble your one-page site yourself from blocks and templates. OnePagePrompt is AI-first: you type one plain-English description and the AI writes the copy, picks the layout, and generates a hero image for you. Both are inexpensive; OnePagePrompt is free to try with no account needed, and the Launch plan is $49 a year.
Yes. Generated pages are lightweight, server-rendered HTML without heavy scripts, so they load quickly on any connection.
The analytics dashboard tracks human visits and bot visits to your published pages, broken down by time range (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 1 year, all time). You can view aggregate stats across all your pages or drill into per-page detail. Graphical charts are available on Launch and Agency plans; Free plan users see basic visit counts.
Yes. All pages are served over HTTPS. AI-generated HTML is sanitized before rendering to prevent cross-site scripting. Uploaded images are stored privately on AWS S3 and served via signed URLs. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
Yes, on paid plans. Pages on paid plans do not show any OnePagePrompt branding by default — your page looks fully your own from the moment you publish. Free plan pages display a full promotional watermark that cannot be removed without upgrading.
Yes. From your Dashboard, click "Activate badge earnings" to enroll in our affiliate program. Once active, the "Built with OnePagePrompt" badge on your published pages carries your personal referral code, and you earn 20% of everything anyone it refers pays us, for as long as they keep paying.
Both documents are linked in the footer of every page. You can also go directly to /terms for the Terms of Service and /privacy for the Privacy Policy. OnePagePrompt is operated by Archieboy Holdings, LLC; the site-specific terms supplement the Archieboy Holdings master terms.
Yes. You can create as many projects as your plan allows, and each project produces one published page. Free and Launch accounts can publish 1 page; Agency supports up to 25 published pages, making it a good fit for agencies managing multiple clients. All your projects are listed on the Dashboard.
Yes — look for the "Questions? Ask Riley" bubble in the bottom-right corner of any page. Riley is our AI support agent and can answer questions by text or voice, drawing on our FAQs and site content. For anything Riley can't resolve, she can point you to further help.
Plans & Pricing
Yes. The Free plan lets you create and publish one page at no cost, with no credit card required. Your page is hosted on the onepageprompt.com domain and stays live as long as your account is active. The only limitation is a OnePagePrompt watermark on free pages.
The Free plan includes 1 published page with a site watermark, no custom domain, and leads are still collected but locked from view. The Launch plan ($9/mo or $49/yr) removes the watermark, unlocks your lead inbox, and adds 1 custom domain plus 20 AI revisions per month, still with 1 published page. The Agency plan ($39/mo or $390/yr) supports up to 25 published pages and custom domains, 100 AI revisions per month, and priority support.
Done-for-You Launch is a $199 setup service where our team builds and publishes the first version of your page for you — you provide the offer, audience, and assets, and we handle the rest. It's bundled with one year of the Launch plan for $248 total, then renews at the standard Launch price ($49/yr). You can start it from the pricing section on the homepage.
Custom domains are available on the Launch and Agency plans (Launch includes 1 domain, Agency up to 25). From your project page, open the Custom Domain section, enter your domain, and follow the DNS instructions (add an A record pointing to our server). After updating your DNS, click Verify — SSL is provisioned automatically, which may take a short time after verification.
If you downgrade to a plan with a lower page limit, pages beyond that limit are deactivated (not immediately deleted) for 30 days — giving you time to decide which to keep. After 30 days, deactivated pages are permanently deleted. When you cancel, your current plan features remain active through the end of your paid billing period, after which your account moves to the Free plan.
